Technical support is available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. We also offer 24/7/ 365 support for our Platinum status customers.
We offer comprehensive support services for ADSI software implementations, as well as expert maintenance and repair services for mobile computers, barcode scanners and Zebra printers. We offer:
- Installation, training and maintenance programs
- Email and telephone technical support

- On-site hardware support
- Depot support
ADSI performs all services via email, phone or remote connection whenever possible. This includes, but is not limited to, assistance with system access, data entry, problem replication and system testing. Your service requests are logged and tracked in ADSI’s Customer Service Ticketing System, where they are escalated according to the nature of the request, and tracked from initial entry through resolution. Using this approach, we are able to build a complete knowledge base for your system to ensure continuous, high-level service.
Support Plan Options
- Bronze – ADSI’s standard plan is designed for “low maintenance” requirements. This plan is a a good solution for low-volume shippers or customers who have technical expertise on-staff.
- Gold – For customers who require occasional support and want to avoid cutting purchase orders during the year for support services.
- Platinum – Our most comprehensive support plan, designed for customers with high-volume, dynamic environments. Includes extended hours of support.
Your current plan can be upgraded at anytime; your invoice will be prorated to coincide with new plan and your annual renewal date.
