The ADSI Account Manager is a "Product Advisor”. In this capacity, the account representative knows the ADSI product offering thoroughly and will be able to advise customers about proper usage. The account manager has a comprehensive knowledge of ADSI applications and the shipping industry in general. The ADSI Account Manager will be able to assure that you are getting the maximum value for your dollar.

The ADSI Account Manager is a "Service Advisor" to customers. This role requires knowledge of the products that are already in use. This means service in a "How can I help to make your job easier" frame of reference. The Account Manager is expected to look for ways that he and ADSI can help customers do a better job. The account manager also provides the follow-up necessary after an order has been sold. He/She is also a “Problem Solver".

The ADSI Account Manager is the individual you can turn to whenever problems develop. The account manager is familiar with the methods of quickly processing complaints, tracking down information and taking corrective action for any errors, which may occur.

The ADSI Account Manager is “An Innovator” He/She is alert to new methods and new market opportunities, new carriers, new service offerings new products, and new ways to satisfy your current and future needs.

Project Manager

The ADSI Project Manager is the eyes and ears for the ADSI integration team. His /Her focus is on the highest priority projects and problems. By systematically tracking the ongoing project the project manager serves as the point of contact for any person involved in the project whether ADSI or the client. The project manager will check the status of the projects specific tasks. He/She is the “traffic cops” who monitors the status of all ongoing projects and add or redirect resources as appropriate to keep things moving smoothly.

The ADSI Project Manager has both subject matter expertise and the ability to accurately track your project. The ADSI Project Manager understands the specific tasks that will be required to complete your project, and keep the project moving forward. Using a task list generated by the professional services group the project manager will be certain each task is completed in a timely manner.

The project manager understands the ADSI resources that will be required to complete the tasks on the list. The project manager directs resources to meet your deadlines for completing the project. The ADSI Project Manager will anticipate and identify potential problems quickly so that they can be resolved without delay. The ADSI Project Manager is able to identify problems, inform you of the problem, and present specific ways to resolve the situation.

Installation Engineer

The ADSI Installation Engineer is the person responsible for participating in the process of identifying the customers’ business rules which will be applied throughout the life cycle of a shipment. The ADSI Installation Engineer will work at a collaborative level with your Network Administrator, I.T. Manager, Database Administrator, Traffic Manager, Shipping Manager and Business System Analyst to design a solution which functions within the guidelines of the company.

The ADSI Installation Engineers’ focus is on the design and integration of the ADSI solution into your environment to provide the most efficient and productive multi-carrier system possible. The ADSI Installation Engineer has both the subject matter expertise and the technical expertise to bring your shipping system goals to fruition.

The ADSI Installation Engineer will define the specific tasks that will be required to complete your project. The ADSI Installation Engineer understands the ADSI tools and is able to assist in the design of each to meet the short and long term goals you’ve established. The ADSI Installation Engineer not only has the advanced programming ability but also has an ADSI tool mastery and valuable time “in the trenches”. ADSI Integration Engineers and support personnel are expected to know shipping.
