Inside Sales Representative – Corporate HQ – Schaumburg, IL
ADSI is seeking an aggressive sales professional to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have an aptitude for software and hardware solutions such as mobile computing (RF), barcode printing, multi-carrier shipping, and software development services.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact through emails, phone calls, personal note cards, etc.
- Build relationships through disciplined contact practices.
- Develop relationships with existing prospects.
- Perform research to identify appropriate suspects.
- Complete pipeline tracking and reporting via CRM software.
- Nurture relationships to advance prospects to the customer stage.
- Work with field account managers to drive territory penetration and execute on sales plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a lead generation or customer service role.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- College education preferred.
- Training will be provided.
- Salary commensurate with experience.

Sales Lead Generation Professional – Corporate HQ – Schaumburg, IL
ADSI is seeking a dynamic lead generation professional to join our growing sales team. Ideal candidates will have an aptitude for SW and HW solutions such as mobile computing (RF), bar code printing, multi-carrier shipping, and software development services.
Responsibilities:
- Network with C-level executives, IT professionals and business unit manager.
- Qualify incoming leads.
- Uncover prospect requirements through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Maintain contact management system. Validate phone, spelling, emails, titles addresses, etc.
Requirements:

Technical Support Engineer – Corporate HQ – Schaumburg, IL
ADSI is seeking software support engineers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ADSI Software suite of products. Issues can range from configuration and installation problems to carrier-related issues. Candidate must have excellent diagnostic skills and ability to resolve software issues. This position offers exposure to a wide range of technical logistics solutions, as well as interaction IT managers, business analysts, operations managers and more.
Required skills: Develop relationships with existing prospects.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic and/or VBScript.
- Working knowledge of Windows products (OS, MS SQL).
- Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of VPN software and remote connection software.
- Firewalls/security experience is a plus.
